Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearings are mainly composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements (steel balls), and a cage. There are smooth raceways on the inner ring and the outer ring. The steel balls roll within the raceways. The cage is used to separate the steel balls, making them evenly distributed along the circumference, avoiding mutual collisions, and ensuring the normal operation of the bearing.
Spherical Roller Bearings

Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of steel balls. The inner ring has two raceways, and the outer ring raceway is spherical. It is mainly composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, steel balls, and a cage. This structure gives the bearing the performance of automatic self-aligning, enabling it to adapt to the angular deviation and angular movement between the axis lines of the two raceways.
Thrust Ball Bearings

Thrust ball bearings are composed of a housing washer, a shaft washer, steel balls, and a cage. There are raceways on the housing washer and the shaft washer, and the steel balls roll within the raceways. The cage is used to keep the steel balls evenly distributed. Different from other types of bearings, the raceways of thrust ball bearings are parallel to the axis, and they are mainly used to bear axial forces.

Linear bearings are usually composed of a bearing outer sleeve, steel balls, a cage, and a shaft. The inner surface of the bearing outer sleeve has multiple arc-shaped raceways. The steel balls roll within these raceways, and the cage is used to keep the steel balls evenly distributed, enabling the steel balls to roll smoothly between the shaft and the bearing outer sleeve, thus achieving linear motion.
